These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by A R K URBANS INFRAA ("we", "us", "our"). By contacting us, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Client" — any person or entity that requests a quotation or engages our services.
• "Services" — construction, development, turnkey project delivery, design, consultancy and related services offered by us.
• "Agreement" — the written contract, quotation or order accepted between the Client and A R K URBANS INFRAA.

2. Quotations and Acceptance

All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Acceptance of a quotation by the Client (in writing or as otherwise stated) forms a binding Agreement under these Terms, unless superseded by a signed contract.

3. Scope of Services

We will provide Services as set out in the quotation/contract. Any changes requested by the Client that affect scope, cost or schedule must be agreed in writing (change order) and may attract additional fees.

4. Payments

• Payments are due as specified in the quotation/contract (e.g., advance deposit, progress payments, final payment).
• Late payments may attract interest and/or suspension of Services until payment is received.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Client obligations

The Client must provide accurate information, approvals, access to sites, timely decisions and any required permissions or documents. Delays caused by the Client may affect timeframes and costs.

6. Warranties & Liability

• We warrant that Services will be provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.
• Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising under or in connection with the Services (contract, tort or otherwise) shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant Services.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, except as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans and intellectual property created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. On full payment, we may grant the Client a licence to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.

8. Subcontracting

We may subcontract parts of the Services to qualified third parties. We remain responsible for the overall performance under the Agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement for material breach if the breach is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice. On termination, the Client pays for work performed up to the termination date and any reasonable demobilisation costs.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, acts of government). Affected performance will be suspended for the duration of the event.

11. Privacy & Data

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
