Our History
ARK Urbans Infraa carries forward a strong legacy in construction and real-estate development. The journey began in 2003 under the brand Shree Maruthi Constructions, founded and managed by K. Chandra Obula Reddy. Over two decades, the brand grew consistently, completing numerous residential projects and earning the trust of hundreds of families.
From 2003 to 2022, Shree Maruthi Constructions successfully delivered more than 35 projects, covering 5,03,000+ sq. ft. across Hyderabad and Bangalore, with 500+ satisfied homeowners.
In 2022, with a vision to expand into modern turnkey solutions, ARK Urbans Infraa was established.
